Overbrook Pizza Shop: A Slice of Philadelphia's Best Pizza Experience

You don't have to go to Max's Steaks in North Philly or Dalessandro's Steaks in Germantown let alone Jim's West in West Philly here and wait in long lines. Oh yes this place so far has lasted so much longer than the Pizza Store that used to a little closer to my way lansdowne Good Eats and now sadly it's gone just like all the previous pizza stores on that block 6452 Lansdowne Ave. Overbrook Pizza Cheesesteaks is not just as good as Lansdowne Good Eats was but it's also a little better. Amazing I don't how they do it and the atmosphere in there was really good and welcoming. I see that they take care of this place the best they can and work with the best they have. Really great and nice.

4 stars bc all they’re missing is some milkshakes! So I needed a pizza that was the best around while I’m at hospital. This place had mixed reviews the good ones are loyal customers the bad reviews are that one of bad experiences any business will get! So here I am to settle this debate! The pizza it awesome it reminds me of Pizza Hut but way better, this is party pizza and it is good! The price for a large pep 2 cokes and a Caesar was 30$ not bad considering the economy… good food worth it!

After visiting Philadelphia today, I had to stop by Overbrook Pizza , a place I loved when I lived nearby for about a year almost 9 years ago. Then I left the U.S., and returned two years ago to settle in Maryland. I really missed visiting them. The pizza this time was fantastic & everything about it was perfect, so good it might even make me want to move back near them again. What made it even more special was that the owner still remembered me after all these years. Their kindness and great treatment of customers hasn’t changed. Truly unforgettable, and I’m excited to visit them every time I come to Philadelphia.

I wanted to try this place, but I always forget they are closed on Sundays. Well, I finally was able to yesterday and I’m glad I did ↕

I could never say enough good things about Overbrook Pizza. It has such a special place In my heart. I’ve tried pizza in NY, Philly and Rome and have never came across a pizza I like more than Overbrook. I went to St. Joes 12 years ago and always loved Overbrook then. Nothing has changed in the best way possible. Stop in a grab a pie. I promise you won’t be disappointed!

Must have whenever you visit philly. Their cheese steak sandwich was the BEST, the pizzas was very great and flavourful.. my autistic son was happy with his pepperoni pizza.

Pizza was yummy. Service friendly. Menu outdated. Low prices.. No seating. Take out spot.. ill be back

I was pleasantly surprised as to the taste of both their hoagie and cheesesteak...A friend recommended them based on convenience sake and I was setting my sail to eat somewhere else entirely...I'm glad time was not on my side and this place satisfied me on that Philly experience...
